Kelsey Palomino is more than a yoga teacher—she’s a bridge between athletic performance and deep inner resilience. A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, lifelong athlete, and trauma-informed guide, Kelsey brings over a decade of yoga experience to the FRQNCY floor. With a B.A. and M.S. in Forensic Psychology, she integrates a nuanced understanding of the nervous system, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practices into every class she leads. As a former collegiate track & field athlete and current Hyrox competitor, Kelsey knows firsthand the physical and mental demands of high-performance training. Her classes—rooted in vinyasa, hatha, and recovery-focused movement—offer more than mobility and breathwork; they equip athletes with tools for injury prevention, nervous system regulation, and true balance. Kelsey’s sessions often include sound healing, meditation, and somatic techniques to help athletes reconnect to their bodies, build emotional resilience, and recover deeply. Her mission is to expand how we see yoga—not just as a practice, but as a path to long-term sustainability in both training and life.
