As a former track and field athlete and endurance racer with marathons, half marathons, and Hyrox competitions under his belt, he knows the discipline it takes to perform—and how to help others rise to their own challenges. Marc has coached clients in both one-on-one and group settings, blending strength, performance, and conditioning, alongside mentorship on mental and behavioral wellness. His training philosophy draws from a wide range of disciplines and science-backed research giving clients the tools to thrive in any environment. More than just a coach, Marc is a lifestyle mentor who believes fitness should be a foundation for living stronger, healthier, and more purpose-driven lives.
